Resistance is generated mechanically, without electrical drive systems.
Supercar-inspired design · Patented mechanical resistance
B3 Trainer brings the mechanical character of supercars into strength training. A compact disc-brake resistance system replaces motors, batteries and weight stacks—built to perform and designed to remain in sight.
B3 Trainer is conceived as a pair of compact resistance units for full-body cable training. Each unit turns a familiar piece of performance engineering—the disc brake—into precise, adjustable resistance.
For motorheads, the appeal is familiar: exposed engineering, purposeful design and a mechanism you can see at work. Inspired by supercars and the automotive industry, B3 Trainer adapts disc-brake engineering through its own patented architecture for strength training.
Our ambition is to create a new category of premium strength equipment where mechanical engineering becomes part of the experience. The exposed brake mechanism is both the resistance technology and the visual identity of the product.
Resistance is generated mechanically, without electrical drive systems.
Each side offers independently adjustable resistance from 1 to 50 kg—without a bulky weight stack.
The mechanism is part of the identity, not something concealed behind plastic.
Concept design · production engineering in development
Designed for multiple exercises, not just one movement. With 1–50 kg of adjustable resistance on each side, B3 Trainer is conceived to support a full-body routine through different cable positions and attachments.
Exercise options depend on the final mounting setup and accessories. Production engineering is in development.
Disc brakes are powerful and compact, but conventional layouts can grab or jerk during slow movement. The patented B3 Trainer architecture was developed to make low-speed friction more controlled.
The training cable transfers human movement directly into disc rotation.
The pads are allowed limited co-movement with the disc before sliding begins.
The transition into motion is smoother, helping reduce grabbing, noise and vibration.
From principle to proof
A functional prototype validates the core resistance principle. The next phase is compact product engineering, industrial testing and manufacturing development with the right strategic partner.
